Terms of Use
The calculators and content on BumpDate are provided "as is" for general, everyday planning only. By using this site you accept these terms.
The tools use standard due-date methods — Naegele's rule and common IVF transfer conventions — but they are not a substitute for medical care. We are not responsible for any decision or consequence based on a result from these tools. Always confirm dates and milestones with your doctor or midwife.
BumpDate does not guarantee that any estimate is accurate for your specific situation. Due dates are estimates; only a qualified provider, usually with an early ultrasound, can set an official date and track your baby's development.
We may change or discontinue any tool without notice. The site is offered without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nothing here creates a patient–provider relationship.
If you have a medical question or an emergency, contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services. Do not rely on this site for medical decisions.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and calculators on BumpDate are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may reference the results for your own planning, but you may not copy, republish, or resell the site's content as your own.
Acceptable use
Please use the calculators as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Automated bulk queries are also discouraged. The tools are for estimating dates, not for diagnosis or treatment.
Third-party links
Some pages link to external organizations such as ACOG and the NHS for background reading. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for the linked content. We are not affiliated with those organizations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BumpDate and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site. The calculators are planning aids, and you use them at your own risk. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.
Governing terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We have written them in plain language on purpose, so you can understand your rights without a lawyer. If you do not agree with any term, the simple remedy is to stop using the site.
